For any future clients that are looking for security and video, we researched different providers when we remodeled and moved one of our stores in 2007. Sonitrol had something to offer as a low cost solution for monitoring that hadn’t been made available to us in the past with the sound monitoring after hours. This feature, along with many others, was the final selling point for us, as many pharmacies have been broken into in the strangest of ways. This type of monitoring provided us with a new level of security.
Since that time we have converted our other location in Flemingsburg to Sonitrol, both security and video monitoring. We also purchased three stores in the Northern Kentucky area in 2008, all of which now have Sonitrol security and one already changed to Sonitrol video monitoring.
The level of customer service that this company provides at all levels–sales, service, and monitoring–is impeccable. We could not be happier with the decision we have made to become a Sonitrol customer.
