Scott first instilled confidence when he was able to provide a bid for services in an extremely short period of time that included all of the many specifications I needed regarding breakdown of costs. Since then my confidence has grown greatly. In addition to being friendly and informative, he has been extremely responsive. Each time I have called him I have either gotten in touch with him immediately or he has returned my phone call within the hour.
Although we are in the beginning stages of our working relationship, Scott has kept me informed about the progress of installing our new security system. He has also already demonstrated several times that he is able to balance our safety and our budgetary needs.
